How Do I Get My Computer, iPhone, or Other Device Serviced?

1. In-store- You drop your device(s) off at our location during business hours (quick consultation provided), we call you later with a diagnostic report and repair price estimate for your approval, and then you are called for pickup once we've finished repairing your device.
2. Via Delivery- We pick up your computer or other device and bring it back to you after it has been repaired.
3. On-site- We fix your device(s) at your residence.

Every service comes with a free consultation (over the phone or in-store with our technician) and all in-store and delivery services come with a thorough diagnostic service that allows us to advise our clients on the best possible course of action. All customers are eligible to receive free virus protection upon recommendation or request.

What About Cost?

Many of our popular services (virus removal, laptop screen repair, system tune-up, etc.) cost a flat rate fee. Fees are reduced depending on how many or what kinds of services are needed. Generally, the more services a client needs per device, the more we are able to reduce the cost of labor. Often times we do not mind reducing cost for multiple services on a single device because when we preform one kind of service we are sometimes able to conveniently preform another. For example, having your laptop's motherboard replaced requires you to take out its fan anyway, so if you needed both your fan and motherboard replaced, we would reduce total repair cost accordingly because it does not require much additional labor. Is My Computer Worth Fixing?

We understand that repairing your device back to full working condition isn't always the most cost-effective option (especially for older PCs and MACs), and in the vast majority of these cases we can point this out to our customers before we take in their device for diagnostics. If we believe your device isn't worth fixing, we will tell you without hesitation as well as provide you with a professional recommendation for what kind of device you should purchase in the future to replace your defective device with. In most cases we're able to transfer all of the data from your old device to a new one or other storage medium such as a flash drive or external hard drive.
